AI VOICE AGENTS FOR BUSINESSES
We build AI voice agents for businesses.
Your business gets a 24/7 receptionist that never misses a call. Answers, qualifies, books, so you stop chasing and start serving the customers already on the line.
Trained to your business. Runs in US timezones. Bilingual English and Spanish.
The call you’re missing right now
Phones ring. Nobody picks up. Customers go elsewhere.
If you run a pizza shop or a small hotel, the front desk is the bottleneck. One person can't work the counter, greet a walk-in, and answer the fourth call of the hour. Voicemail costs you the booking. Call centers sound like call centers. Your staff doesn't want that job. And it's the job that decides whether revenue walks in or walks away.
Missed calls = missed revenue
Every unanswered call during lunch rush, school pickup, or after hours is a customer who tried once and moved on.
Scripts go stale
Even a great receptionist has bad days. The hundredth caller of the week doesn't get the energy the first one did.
Hiring is broken
Turnover in front-desk roles is brutal. You train someone, they leave in four months, and you're back at square one.
What AIMRO does
We build a custom AI voice agent for your business. You keep the customers.
We’re not a platform you configure yourself. We’re a done-for-you shop. You tell us your business, your offer, your top objections, your happy-path. We train the agent on your voice and your language, give it a dedicated number, wire it into your calendar and HubSpot, and turn it on. You listen to recordings on your schedule. You own the data and the conversations.
Answers in one ring
Zero missed calls during rushes, after hours, or when the front desk is busy.
Sounds like a human
Real voice, real conversation, handles interruptions, understands accents.
Books and transfers
Takes the order, schedules the appointment, or warm-transfers to you when it’s urgent.
Logs every call
Contact, lifecycle stage, outcome, recording link. Pushed to HubSpot automatically.
Orders hit the kitchen
For pizza shops, every order Mambo takes prints straight to your kitchen display tablet. No retyping, no missed tickets.
Hear them for yourself. Call any number below.
Two live agents. Call them. They’ll pick up.
Each of these is a real, trained agent running right now. Pick the one closest to your business, tap the number, and have a conversation. Interrupt it. Ask it questions. See what yours could sound like.
Takes full orders end to end. Handles menu questions, delivery times, and rush hour throughput. Every order prints straight to your kitchen display tablet, so nobody retypes anything. Cash payment at pickup or delivery.
(240) 301-3376Tap to call on mobile
Try asking Mambo:
- “What time do you close?”
- “Do you have gluten-free crust?”
- “Can I order a large pepperoni for delivery?”
- “What are your hours on Friday?”
Picks up on the first ring. Answers guest questions about parking, breakfast, check in, amenities, and policies. Warm transfers reservations, billing, and anything else to your front desk.
(202) 836-6358Tap to call on mobile
Try asking Luna:
- “What time is check-in?”
- “Do you have valet parking?”
- “Can I book a room for next weekend?”
- “Is breakfast included?”
Your business isn’t on this list? Call either one to hear the quality. We’ve built for industries from auto detailing to real estate. If it has a phone number, we can build for it.
Setup in a week
You talk to us once. We do the wiring. Your phone starts picking itself up.
Kickoff call (30 min)
We record your voice, your offer, your top five objections, and your happy-path.
We build
Your agent is trained, tested, and given a dedicated number. You hear it before it takes a real call.
We wire your stack
Forward your existing number, connect your calendar, wire HubSpot. You do nothing.
Go live
Calls start landing. You get a daily email with every outcome and a link to every recording.
Try it free. Pay only when it works.
Start free. Pay only when it's working.
We turn your agent on with 1,000 free minutes or one month, whichever comes first. You listen to real calls before you pay a cent. After the trial, we'll quote you based on what works for your business.
- 1,000 free minutes or one month, whichever comes first
- 1 agent, fully trained to your business
- 1,000 call minutes per month
- Dedicated phone number, US-based
- HubSpot sync (contacts, notes, lifecycle stages, recordings)
- Daily outcome email
- Alert at 70% monthly usage so you never get surprised
- Call recordings kept for 90 days, yours to export
Running more than one location? Tell us what you need in the form and we’ll scope it.
Is it worth it?
One saved customer pays for it.
| Part-time receptionist | AIMRO agent | Difference | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | $2,400+ | Usage-based, far less | Much lower cost |
| Calls answered | During shift only | 1,000 min ≈ 400+ calls | More + consistent |
| Pickup speed | 2–4 rings if they’re free | First ring, every time | Faster |
| Coverage | 9–5, weekdays | 24/7 in your zones | Always on |
| Turnover risk | High | Zero | Peace of mind |
Skip one hire. Put the budget here. Get more coverage than you had before.
Start here
Call the demo numbers first. Then tell us about your business.
Call either of the two agents above so you hear what this sounds like in production. Then fill out the form below. We’ll reply within one business day with a sample recording of what your agent could sound like, on the house.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 18, 2026 · Last updated: May 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AIMRO AI ("AIMRO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit aimroai.com, communicate with us by phone or text, submit our website form, sign up for a paid service, or otherwise interact with our products and services. AIMRO AI is a brand operated by car lavaggio LLC, a Maryland limited liability company.
If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to three groups of people:
- Website visitors at aimroai.com.
- Business prospects we contact through our outbound voice agent (Alex) or follow-up SMS. We typically reach you because your business is publicly listed in directories or because you submitted our website form.
- Customers who sign up for AIMRO AI products such as Mambo, Maya, or Luna.
If you are visiting one of our public demo lines (the phone numbers (240) 301-3376, (240) 901-9476, or (202) 836-6358), see section 4 on call recording.
2. Information we collect
2.1 From website visitors
When you visit aimroai.com we automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referrer, and pages viewed. The site is hosted on Carrd and may use first-party functional cookies set by Carrd. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
If you fill out the "Build My Agent" form on aimroai.com, we collect the fields you provide: name, work email, phone, business name, vertical, weekly call volume, and free-text notes.
2.2 From business prospects we call
When our outbound voice agent (Alex) places a call, we have already collected the following from publicly available business directories or from your prior interaction with us:
- Business name, address, city, state
- Phone number
- Public website URL
- Public business category (e.g., pizza, dental, hotel)
During the call itself, we may collect:
- Audio of the call (recording, if applicable, with the disclosures described in section 4)
- A written transcript of the call
- The disposition of the call (voicemail, not interested, callback, interested)
- An email address or alternate phone you verbally provide
- Any explicit do-not-call request you make
2.3 From customers
When you sign up for a paid service we collect billing and account information including legal business name, contact name, email, phone, and billing address. We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Payment is handled by cash or another method agreed in writing.
While you use the service we also collect operational data necessary to deliver it, including call logs, transcripts, configuration choices, and integration tokens you provide for HubSpot, Twilio, or other connected systems.
3. How we use the information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate the outbound calling pipeline and deliver demos by SMS or email when you verbally accept during a call.
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the website form.
- Provision and run the service for paying customers.
- Bill, invoice, and prevent fraudulent transactions.
- Maintain a do-not-call (DNC) list so that prospects who opt out are not contacted again.
- Improve our scripts and detection logic (for example, voicemail and IVR detection) using aggregated, de-identified call metadata.
- Comply with legal obligations such as TCPA, state telemarketing rules, and tax reporting.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Call recording and the AI voice
Calls placed by our outbound voice agent (Alex) and calls received on our demo lines may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance review. Maryland is a two-party consent state for call recording. Where required, we provide an audible disclosure at the beginning of the call. If you do not consent to being recorded, please tell the agent and the call will be terminated.
Our outbound agent is an AI. If you ask directly whether you are speaking with a human or an AI, the agent will confirm it is an AI. The agent identifies itself by the name "Alex" and the company "AIMRO."
Our demo lines (Mambo for pizza, Luna for hotels) are clearly identified as AI-driven and exist for demonstration purposes only. Do not provide personal medical, financial, or legal information to a demo line.
5. SMS messaging
If you verbally agree during a call to receive a demo link by text, we will send a single SMS to the phone number we called. Every SMS includes "Reply STOP to opt out." Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any of our numbers will remove you from further messaging and add you to our internal do-not-contact list. Replying HELP returns contact information for support.
We use Twilio as our SMS processor. SMS registration is filed under the Twilio A2P 10DLC framework. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
6. Service providers
We rely on the following third-party processors. Each is contractually limited to processing data on our instructions.
| Processor | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|
| Bland AI | Outbound and inbound AI voice infrastructure | United States |
| Twilio | Inbound and outbound voice + SMS carrier | United States |
| n8n Cloud | Workflow automation orchestration | European Union |
| Hetzner | Database and application hosting | Germany |
| Cloudflare | DNS, edge security, WAF | Global |
| HubSpot | CRM (for customers who integrate it) | United States |
| Carrd | Marketing site hosting | United States |
| Google Workspace | Business email and document storage | United States |
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where these providers operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. Typical retention windows:
- Call audio recordings: 90 days, then purged
- Call transcripts and metadata: 24 months
- DNC list entries: permanent (deletion would defeat the purpose)
- Customer account records: for the duration of the subscription plus 7 years for tax and audit purposes
- Website form submissions: 24 months
- Logs and analytics: 13 months
You can request earlier deletion subject to the limits in section 8.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing.
United States. Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
- Access a copy of that information.
- Correct inaccuracies.
- Delete the information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Appeal a denial of any of the above requests.
California residents also have the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect data that meets the CCPA's "sensitive personal information" definition.
European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. You have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Our lawful bases for processing are typically legitimate interests (operating the service and reaching publicly listed businesses), consent (verbal SMS opt-in), and contract performance (customer accounts). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your record, or call the demo line you interacted with. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (typically 30 to 45 days).
9. Do-not-call and do-not-contact
You can ask our voice agent at any point during a call to add you to our do-not-call list. The agent is required to honor that request immediately. You can also email [email protected] with the phone number you want removed.
Once a number is added to our DNC list, our outbound system will not place further calls or send further SMS to that number from any AIMRO line.
10. Children
AIMRO services are intended for businesses, not individuals, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use industry standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls on the database, MFA on operator accounts, and a least-privilege model for the database user that runs the workflow automation (n8n_rw cannot ALTER existing tables). No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where required, provide additional notice (such as a banner on aimroai.com or an email to active customers). Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance.

Terms and Conditions
Effective date: May 18, 2026 · Last updated: May 18, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aimroai.com and the AIMRO AI products and services (the "Service") provided by car lavaggio LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as AIMRO AI ("AIMRO," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
For questions about these Terms, contact [email protected].
1. The Service
AIMRO operates an AI voice agent platform for small and mid-sized businesses. Core products as of the effective date include:
- Mambo for pizza shops (inbound order taking, missed-call recovery)
- Luna for hotels (after-hours and overflow front desk)
- Alex, our outbound voice agent that places pitch calls to publicly listed businesses
We may add, change, or retire individual products at our discretion. We will give paying customers reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) before retiring a product they are actively using.
2. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions, fees, billing
3.1 Plans
New customers start with a free trial of 1,000 call minutes or one calendar month, whichever comes first. No charges accrue during the trial. After the trial, we provide a written quote based on your actual usage and needs. No fee applies until you accept that quote in writing.
3.2 Billing and renewal
Once you accept a quote, the plan runs month to month until cancelled. We do not keep a payment card on file and we do not auto-charge. We invoice you for each agreed period and you pay by cash or another method agreed in writing.
3.3 Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-cycle, the Service remains available through the end of the paid period, and no prorated refund is issued.
3.4 Usage-based charges
Voice minutes, SMS segments, and other carrier-passthrough costs may be billed separately from the subscription. You are responsible for these usage charges. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to display estimated usage on your invoice.
3.5 Failed payments
If an accepted invoice is not paid within five (5) business days, we may suspend the Service. We may terminate accounts that remain delinquent for 30 days.
3.6 Taxes
Fees do not include applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for these unless we have a valid tax exemption certificate on file.
4. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Use the Service to make calls or send messages in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing laws, the CAN-SPAM Act, or the equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.
- Upload contact lists you do not have lawful permission to call or text.
- Use the Service for purposes that are illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial SMS (spam).
- Configure the AI agent to misrepresent itself as a specific named human, a regulator, a court, a healthcare provider, or any government agency.
- Use the Service to process protected health information (PHI) covered by HIPAA unless we have a written Business Associate Agreement in place. As of the effective date, AIMRO does not offer BAAs and the Maya product is positioned for non-PHI use cases such as scheduling and eligibility intake.
- Use the Service for credit, lending, insurance, or other regulated outbound communications without confirming with us first that your use case is supported.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any AIMRO system without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund of paid fees.
5. Customer responsibilities for outbound calling and SMS
If you use the Service to place outbound calls or send SMS, you certify that:
- You have an internal written telemarketing policy and abide by it.
- You scrub your call list against the federal Do-Not-Call Registry and applicable state DNC lists at least every 31 days.
- You honor opt-out requests received during calls or by reply SMS within 10 business days, and you do not re-add opted-out numbers to your dialing list.
- You have express prior consent (written or verbal) where required for the type of call or message you are sending. For SMS marketing this typically means written prior express consent under TCPA.
- You will provide AIMRO with cooperation and documentation reasonably needed to respond to carrier or regulator inquiries.
You agree to indemnify AIMRO for claims arising from your failure to meet these responsibilities, as detailed in section 10.
6. Customer data and integrations
You retain ownership of the customer data you upload or that AIMRO collects on your behalf during use of the Service. You grant AIMRO a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that data solely as necessary to provide the Service.
If you connect a third-party tool (HubSpot, Twilio sub-account, Google Calendar, etc.), you authorize AIMRO to access and exchange data with that tool on your behalf within the scope of the integration. You are responsible for the API tokens and credentials you share with us.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data derived from the Service to improve AIMRO's products. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
7. AI output disclaimers
The Service uses large language models and other AI components. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given use case. AIMRO does not warrant that the AI agent will speak any specific words on a given call, will correctly classify every voicemail, or will never make a mistake. Customers using AIMRO for regulated outputs (medical, legal, financial advice) do so at their own risk and against the prohibitions in section 4.
The AI agent identifies itself as AI when asked directly. You may not configure the agent to deny being AI.
8. Intellectual property
AIMRO and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the underlying software, the AI scripts, prompts, voice configurations, the AIMRO name and logo, and any documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your paid subscription. Nothing in these Terms transfers any AIMRO intellectual property to you.
Feedback you provide may be used by AIMRO to improve the Service without obligation or compensation.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. AIMRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT CARRIERS WILL DELIVER EVERY CALL OR MESSAGE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIMRO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO AIMRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).
AIMRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST GOODWILL, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIMRO and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing or privacy laws, or carrier policies.
- Content, data, or instructions you provide that cause AIMRO to send unlawful or infringing communications on your behalf.
- Your failure to maintain consent for the calls or messages we send for you.
AIMRO will give you prompt notice of any claim subject to indemnification and reasonable cooperation in the defense.
11. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for cause, including breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to AIMRO or its customers. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately.
- Outstanding fees become due.
- We will, on written request received within 30 days of termination, provide a one-time export of your customer data in a commonly used format, after which the data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retention schedule.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution).
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on aimroai.com and, for material changes, give at least 30 days advance notice by email to active customers. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change indicates acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the effective date.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The federal and state courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration under section 13.1.
13.1 Arbitration and class action waiver
Any dispute arising under these Terms, except for disputes seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Montgomery County, Maryland, or by video conference at the parties' option.
YOU AND AIMRO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
If a court finds the class action waiver unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause is null and void and the parties will litigate in the courts described above.
13.2 Time limit
Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or the claim is permanently barred.
14. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form or written agreement signed by both parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIMRO and supersede all prior agreements on the subject.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on written notice to you.
Notices. Notices to AIMRO must be sent to [email protected]. Notices to you will be sent to the email on file with your account.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier outages, ISP outages, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or government action.
